since 2002, and spent two years performing in
extensive experience as a teacher of Summer
School for 8 years. Michael has a BA in acting
and a Post Grad. Diploma in Puppetry from the
Victorian College of the Arts. He has performed
around Australia at festivals including the
Woodford Folk Festival, Adelaide Fringe
Festival, and at the UNIMA International
Congress 2008 in Perth, WA. Michael is
currently the Treasurer of UNIMA Australia.
Michael works with many puppetry styles
including Bunraku, Shadow, Hand, Rod, and
Object Theatre. A skilled physical theatre
performer, improviser, musician and comic,
Michael brings his acting and vocal talent to a
wide range of puppet characters.
