Bridget Elliott

Bridget began life as a competitive gymnast
and student of classical dance. As a teenager
she moved into contemporary dance and
started her professional career. While
working, she gained a degree in modern
dance from Oberlin College, before working
with renowned Dance Company ‘Echo & Coma’.

Bridget trained as a Massage Therapist,
worked for the Four Seasons in New York,
and later was a lecturer with the Connecticut
Massage Institute. Today, Bridget is a
movement and body awareness expert,
specialising in physical wellbeing and healing
through movement.

Bridget is an invaluable movement resource,
and rehearsal guide. She is also responsible
for filming and editing work for archival and
performance use.
